  1. Stalling has more to do with the idle control trying to go to min clamp while you're on engine braking (no speed lockout). Oscillation is because of both idle speed control settings and too early overrun fuel cut. Overrun fuel cut activates too early - due to no activation delay. Put ORFC Activation Delay 1.0s, Torque Reduction/Introduction Time 1.5s Ide Speed Control Speed Source Lockout - Driven Wheel Speed Speed Lockout - 10 kph APS/TPS Lockout - 0.5 % RPM Lockout Above Target 500rpm Integral Gain 0.3 Try those, then do another log, then upload including the updated tune file.

    Tach output config

Multiplier correlate to frequency Duty cycle correlate to voltage RMS value.
  3. On the last log, I can see that your lambda dips on closing throttle and takes too much time before recovering. You at least have to tune your fuel table to the idle regions before fine tuning the idle. Plus, I recommend put maybe 10-20% for Wall Wetting Compensation. Closed loop lambda low rpm lockout change to 500rpm. AFR Target table at least put 14.7 for idle regions as well. Are you using pure gasoline (no ethanol)?

    Monsoon no spark.

There's nothing at all captured on Trig 1 and just a little bit of noise captured on Trig 2. Make sure engine is cranking as you click on capture.
  5. Try to load this one and try to do the same tests and logging. E34 Tune.pclx
  6. Pls attach your latest tune file used to record that log.
  7. upload a copy of your tune file and also a short PC log where you expect there would be knock readings (with lockout conditions met).
  8. Just connect the knock sensor signal to the ECU header Pin 6. You do not need to assign it as an input. Knock control should start reading provided you have the lockout conditions met.
  9. Yes. You will need to confirm though if it is G4+ or G4X... It is kinda confusing (G4+ on the picture, G4X on the description).
  10. Looks like you are having trigger errors (as RPM would sometimes shoot up in the log). I cannot confirm though as your log did not have trigger signals included. 'Add all' parameters in the 'Setup Logging', then save another log with the similar runs.
  11. Do you have the AC request wired on pin A27 (DI6)? Pls attach your tune file.
  12. Idle was just controlled for short moments from 0:10 to end - most of the time idle status is on 'Hold - MAP'. You may need to set the MAP lockout a little bit higher. Attach your tune file so we can verify what you got there.
  13. Your dead time data and SPWA seem too far different from the ones provided by ID. https://help.injectordynamics.com/support/solutions/articles/4000074340-link-engine-management Try to get the Excel sheet there for ID1000.
  14. I have fixed the MAP sensor config for you. Try to do the MAP sensor calibration. After successful calibration, then try to start the engine. DRIFTFAMILY 2JZ VVTI G4X (1).pclx
  15. MAP is still reading very low (constant at 5kPa) on the log. Post the lastest tune file.
  16. 1. Trig1 polarity reversed. You need to interchange the wires. 2. MAP sensor reading incorrectly. You must fix the output unit, and calibration table (Cal Table 5).
  17. Yeah, it still shows on the tune file and log you just shared. Perhaps change the MAP delta to 30kpa/100ms CLL Startup Timer to 30s (so there's sufficient time for the o2 sensors to reach temp from cold start) CLL Gain Control Table (try values 3, 8, 15, 30, 50, 80)
  18. Log is too short ...but I can see: CLL MAP delta is too low and on lock-out... 'CLL Gain Control Table' are all zeroed out
  19. It should be easier to interchange the terminal connectors on the pickup sensor side. Properly wired Trig 1 & 2 should look like this below (compare the difference of Trig1 after the missing tooth going positive, and Trig2 where it should go positive before inverting to negative.
  20. Yes, it is also wired with reversed polarity.
  21. Attach the tune file (*.pclx) where you captured that log. What coils are you using?
  22. Under "Engine Protection", you can configure something like this below (adjust the values on the table as you like).
  23. Read the help file. What do you plan to use though? Just an oil pressure switch or oil pressure sensor?
  24. Instead of taking a picture of the screen, attach the *.llg file saved from trigger scope capture. ....though it is already obvious there on the picture that in Trig 1 & Trig 2 polarities are reversed. Interchange the wires for each of them.
