  1. Yep that will allow dual coils. you can set the priority to cyl.
  2. Hi Igor  That unit is hand control tuning only. It can be upgraded to PC tuning via a SerialLink but would need to be returned to us for that upgrade.
  3. Can you email your PCL file (map) Â also check you do not have any other AUX out set as boost solenoid.
  4. Main issue with the ECU as it is now is the sub-board is not correct for the 24 tooth trigger. It is a basic Reluctor board that requires a tooth for each TDC and a single sync. Currently the RPM reading will be 6 times too high. Â Only solution will be to modify the CAS to leave 4 teeth at TDC points. We no longer have any of the required sub-board to allow the 24 tooth input.
  5. In the CAS do you have the 24 tooth pickup or is it using a tooth per TDC? In the ECU does the sub-board have a chip with a sticker on it with SUB24NEW or similar. Need to make sure you have the correct sub-board other wise the RPM reading will be massively out and with that the spark events too.
  6. The reload are the settings that the ECU ships with when new.Â
  7. Hi Im assuming that it is a G1 plugin for the EVO. Does the fuel pump run for 3 seconds when you first turn the key on? Have you fitted a map sensor to the AFM wiring?
  8. The reload map will be ok once TPS and master fuel have been set / adjusted. Tuning from there.
  9. If you set as multi tooth or tooth per TDC do you get a yes for both triggers? One option would be to remove teeth from the cam signal to leave a single tooth. I will email you the GTO pattern to see if you can spot any difference.
  10. As long as you have a distributor or CAS with 24 teeth on trigger 1 and a single tooth on trigger 2 it is a match.
  11. Unfortunately all those need to be digital. Do you have an external knock block fitted? If not then you can do away with the knock feedback.
  12. We can do a board swap to convert it over to the nissan if you wish. The sales team will be able to advise costs [email protected]

Yes you will need to have an AUX output to control the solenoid.
  14. That looks a perfect match for the GTO trigger pattern. Do you see trigger signal but no RPM?

The valve lift will stay active all the time above a set RPM point. The Valve timing will activate only over the mid range so say on at 2000 and off at 5000rpm
  16. I would expect the GTO mode to be the most likely. Do you have an ECU with the trigger scope option? If so can you get a trigger capture. Or if not get a scope to view the signals.
  17. If you go to the firmware release notes in the help file and read back to the version that introduced timers. The guest access is due to not having a serial number associated with your profile. If you update that and flick me a PM ill get you full access.

Oops sorry I put you a little wrong. The VVL bit is like vtec in that you will switch it on for the high RPM. The cam timing however is switched in and then out again as mentioned above.

Normally on the VVL nissan motors you have it turned on at around 2500 and off again after 5500ishÂ
  20. Hi Mitchell Couple of things to check. Make sure the ECU is powering up. Check that the ECU can be seen in device manager. It should be assigned a comport number and show under ports COM & LPT Also make sure it is a G4+ ECU. We can check this from the serial number.
  21. Yes it could. You can check by looking at the frequency on the Di to see.
  22. Attached image should make it clearer.
  23. Hi Leo No reason its not there other than it has not been written in to the code. However with the ability to adjust the injection timing based on load and RPM in sequential mode it is a very rear case in which wake up injection is of benefit. In group mode the injectors are only fired once per cycle so to get the fuel there in time for the next valve opening wakeup is needed.   Â
  24. Hi Guys We haven't tried any of the available GPS devices to confirm. Bench wise we know that if we input a frequency we will get a speed.
  25. You will need to start from a 4 cylinder map or configure while live with an ECU.
