  1. For some reason when i view that log i cant see IAT, ECT, fuel pressure or even batt voltage.
  2. Have you thought about installing a fuel pressure sensor?
  3. Tunning without a knock device is crazy. There not that expensive. If you post your map and a log file I'm sure someone will be able to help you. Remote tuning maybe another option.
  4. I found idle target trim table was populated with values which could give a few headaches if a file compare wasn't done.
  5. Have you tried another communication cable?
  6. Any chance we could get this with a background colour like the offline/online indicator. Its a pain to see when the ecu is on the passenger side seat and your unsure if you have double hit the button while driving.
  7. I'm a VIP member on HPA and have learnt alot, I recommend Andre and the team . A lot of there webinars are using the LINK so there's not much more you could ask for.
  8. In the meantime you could have a layout for each car.
  9. Have you tried to restore to factory settings then redo the firmware upgrade? Make sure u save your file first tho.
  10. I had an issue with mine where the ignition switched wire would not drop to 0 would sit at .3v Only way I worked out it out was by removing fuses, relays and engine plugs one at a time before switching off the ignition.
  11. Are you using resistor or diode relays, between pins 85-86?
  12. To me a sensor critical error is a lot different to high EGT's or engine over heating. Both of these are controlled already in the LINK software and work. If you can't see a limit light use a audio buzzer.
  13. To me the settings look right. Its like the ECU is not grounding PIN 16 correctly Can you try it like the below pic. Just to confirm you are using a normally open relay with resistor? If you send me an email at [email protected] ill send you a full diagram on how i wired mine up. I did mine differently.
  14. Settings look the same as mine, Can you try PIN 107 on a separate ground to 108 &116.
  15. Ecu is powering up from ignition switch input Change main relay to test on and see if the voltage increases
  16. Mine had low voltage like this when the ecu hold feature was not setup correctly in the software. You will find that the main realy will not close causing the voltage drop. You will get voltage both side from back feed but you need to confirm the relay closes
  17. Can you post a pic of the ecu?
  18. Worked like a charm. Much appreciated Scott
  19. Thanks Scott, I'll have a bit of a play with it on next days off and let you know how it goes.
  20. The wide band number on the Display Link has the decimal place out by one. So .980 lambda shows 9.80 any chance we could get this fixed? I don't have the option to adjust the Display Link transmit channel, would be nice to have this option or the frame data so I can have a play around with it.

    car wont start

Are you using the std CAS or a Ross Balancer setup? A trigger scope image would help
  22. I was after less pressure at idle so i can move out of the injector non linear range. I tried using a PWM 3D table. Using a large fuel pump means i cant use the current solid state relay as the output HZ is too low so i have to wait for another type before i can do more testing. I only noticed after i posted that there is a closed loop function under speed control. I should be able to get what i want using that. Im not aware of how it possible to increase fuel pressure during hot restarts, unless they restrict the fuel return line. I was under the impression IAT and water temp corrections were used for hot restarts.
  23. The solid state relays work fine when wired up using the last wiring pic. I didn't end up using the voltage divider as I run out of voltage inputs. Worked fine when I connected it to the battery. When I'm on days off again I'll test it using PWM and post a log file.
