  1. Have you played around with the charge temp table.
  2. I would be using the Link specific data. http://help.injectordynamics.com/support/solutions/articles/4000074340-link-engine-management
  3. Post a map and a quick log. I have a similar setup. Curious if u used the LINK dead time data. Which 1000cc ID injectors?

    Cranking time

Add pre prime fuel or increase it. Try lowering your injector timing table values, and make sure fuel rail volume does not drain back to the tank as it will take longer to build fuel pressure.

    omni 3bar cal table

Good luck with that brand. Chased my tail for weeks tuning using that same map sensor. I ended up throwing it in the bin.
  6. I thought the lambda had the resistor built in. Where are getting the power and ground from?
  7. Knock threshold would have occurred in a earlier part of the run. It then is applied to that cell each time after unless reset. All in the help file.
  8. Run a fuel pressure sensor that way you can use differential fuel pressure as a limit. That will monitor if your fuel pumps have died or on way out. Then another limit based on afr like the above pic. I cant see why that wont be good enough. Both will be quicker to respond that looking and reacting to a dash fault light.
  9. You could buy a gauge/dash or even install a tablet that way you could monitor every thing. I take the new X series with the math function would be able to trigger an output based on correction level.
  10. Have you used the injector/ignition test feature to confirm all are working?
  11. A basic setup but you get the idea.
  12. I take it its one of the early ones too?
  13. Run lambda power wires from there own relay.
  14. I think its just logging. Tech support would be best to answer that one. I knew they had troubles replicating the issue. Which modle ecu do u have.
  15. Its a bug. Happens to me to. I have to cycle ecu power to reset.
  16. Post your map and a small log file
  17. Post another log so we can have a look.
  18. Use the table i posted above, there the same injector just with a different amount of holes.
  19. I would add log status and log memory use to the ECU logging parameters.
  20. I had a set of there 1300cc injectors and found there data not suitable for the link. Do your injectors have the diffuser plate on the bottom?
  21. Depending on how accurate you want the results you could use a hydrometer and doing some testing.
  22. As Adam has mentioned you will need to setup up idle ignition timing to fine tune you idle fluctuations.
