  1. I’ve had situations in the past where builders would have the T-belt extremely tight and the engine would crank over slow is that possibly your issue? Can you check the tension of the belt?
  2. You shouldn't need a relay with the plug-in ECU for a vtec solenoid, set it to high side as it comes in the originally base calibration. Now if you're trying to activate a light when vtec is active you could do this using a GP output use low side to activate the relay with switch conditions being "vtec = active" or aux 6 status = active.
  3. You can ground it to the chassis with no problem.
  4. Give us some context of what you got going on. ecu you're using, keypad, CAN 1/2 will most functions be controlled by the ecu or vise versa. What items are you wanting to power with the pdm (fuel pumps, fans, starter, lights, etc..) ?
  5. 12v should not be present at the knock sensor.
  6. wiring specialties harnesses are known to not be pinned right, you might want to go over that whole harness.
  7. I've certainly got one. shoot me a message with your email.
  8. include a data log as well.
  9. That will work just fine. Remember the ECU and Dash have 120 ohm resistors built in so do add an extra on any node just those two and you will be fine.
  10. That's the preferred wideband.
  11. First do a trigger scope test to confirm you're actually getting trigger 1/2 readings.
  12. The latest file you just shared actually.
  13. Your Y axis in your main fuel table is setup all wrong also the numbers in there for traditional mode fuel are very high.
  14. Where you cranking it and then hit capture? Your fuel pump not being activated isn't going to help so you should get that situated first before anything else.
  15. can you check the air gap for your crank trigger?
  16. You should highly consider using excel or google sheets to make this diagram. If you need help i can show you a few examples of how it's done properly.
  17. I have them available. shoot me a message
  18. You will need to manually set up your Fuel tables, inputting engine size etc... is just for the back ground math in short.
  19. Have you tried changing AUX 16 active state to Low side?
  20. Something's back feeding/ or the relays are not unlatching. Do you have a schematic you used specifically or a few pictures of how you have the relays wired in?
