  1. It's reading positive pressure while at idle, somethings not right about that map sensor. Are you positive the wiring is correct? Also the IAT is reading 212* is it not wired in at all?
  2. Your easiest solution is to use CAN1 expansion on the ECU it's self.
  3. Have you input the calibration data correctly for the map sensor?
  4. I tested it as well and same issue.
  5. I wonder if you could use the PWM feature to do something in regards to the lights.
  6. include a trigger scope as well as the calibration please.
  7. white/black is CAN HI green/black is CAN LO In the software go to ECU CONTROLS> CAN SETUP>STREAMS Load stream> select AEM X-Series UEGO Gauge Receive.lcs Then back to "MODE" Select can 1 or 2 whichever you're using. Mode > user defined bit rate 500kbit/s Channel 1 or any spare channel "mode" > Receive user stream 1 CAN ID = 384 Format = extended. analog inputs > Lambda 1 - select "Link CAN"
  8. Can you attach a log of it while your cranking it?
  9. Can you send a screen shot of the run time values under the CAN tab.
  10. 6.5 volts at cranking, do you have another battery you can use?
  11. power ground would be engine block ground, signal ground is your sensor ground for items such as tps, map, iat , coolant temp etc...
  12. simply put when you're adding your CAN lambda it will get connected to this port.
  13. the oil pressure, oil temp and fuel pressure can all be added in the expansion port using any spare AV inputs and share the 5v and GND out signal for all three sensors. you're correct in the injectors, IAT and IACV. I think the help file in the pclink software has pin outs for the toyota tps. If you need help with any of these shoot me a message and ill send over some pinouts for both.
  14. you need to use AUX output and an RPM converter. There's also a trick you can do with a relay to make it work as well.

Are you building a new harness or making a jumper harness for it?
  16. It needs a lot of work for sure, your speed sensor for one is a digital input. Tachometer should be an aux output there’s a bit more your power supply should be a switched 12v not constant or the ecu won’t power down according to the spreadsheet. the two 5v can be spliced and shared for map/tps, fuel pressure, oil pressure etc…
  17. You're losing Trigger 1 according to the first log.
  18. M22759/32 would be best choice.
  19. ID1 typically set it to 384
  20. x2 with what adam mentioned. I have something that will help you out on this one.
  21. press "x" on the particular screen and change the axis to a load that you're going to spend more time in.
  22. I would suggest to wire it up to the additional CAN 1 connector found on the ECU. It will require an additional 5-pin connector https://dealers.us.linkecu.com/ADA_2 or if you want to use the expansion connector and from the aem wiring analog + to any of the following An Volt 10 Analog 0-5V input An Volt 11 Analog 0-5V input and analog - to Sensor ground. still go CAN on this one.
