  1. Or you could set it up through CAN1/2 if they're not used.
  2. yes and yes. Use any available aux output and preferable a low side switching from that aux to trigger the relay.
  3. can you post a copy of your tune please?
  4. It's very very common for those PLM map sensor's to come dead on arrival. I've seen somewhere they use a different calibration then those of what they are originally based on the omni 4bar. i'll see if i can find the cal file and send it to you.
  5. check your thermostat housing ground.
  6. post a copy of your calibration and a PC log attached to it please.
  7. Essentially yes, you need to find out what trigger pattern it uses for the crank trigger and if a cam sensor is fitted.
  8. Can you attach your calibration file you have setup right now, and possible a short PC log of it as well? Is the Load setup as MAP/BAP or just MAP?
  9. What motor are you using or maybe even an idea of the intake manifold?

aux output (low) would be the suggested.
  11. Can you tell us which coil exactly you're using, and can you post a picture of how you have the mentioned coils wired at the connector?
  12. I’ve been talking with the original poster and going to get him only items he needs that original quote has unnecessary parts listed.
  13. Uses a single 60mm TB and uses VR cam/ crank sensor(24-2).
  14. that and cold correction, if you need help message me.
  15. Make sure your injector dead times are correct for your injectors you're using. acceleration enrichment is what you will want to play with once you have your main fuel table tuned.
  16. looks to be a donut style knock sensor, so i would assume a wideband. if you want message me and ill help you out.
  17. determine if you have a narrowband or wideband knock sensor. Use a calculator to determine your hz vs bore size. do a pull with low timing numbers to establish a knock floor (threshold) confirm all cylinders are sampling as close together as possible, use your readings to build the knock floor and when you increase timing if you see spikes go above the threshold (floor) then pull timing or address whether its noise or actual knock. every engine is going to be different so each needs to be tuned accordingly.
  18. Cam sensor input for the vtc needs to be allocated.
  19. is it the 7bar or 4bar map sensor?
  20. If you look on your ecu board it will have a print of each one of the pins and there corresponding function.
  21. upgrade to a Bosch knock sensor, if you need help feel free to send me a message.
  22. Attach your tune file as well. first thing you need to address is the post start enrichment.
  23. I would suggest yes, 18awg M22759 is plenty, I tend to use 20awg and 22awg. So you will be fine.
