  1. if you do a injector test do you hear the injectors pulsing? Maybe attach a log file while cranking would help out as well.
  2. CAN1 is the receptacle you will need to use. The help files will have a pin out of which pins are CAN H / CAN L Help files > g4+ Plug in ecu installation manual > CAN information select your specific ecu and the pinouts will be right there.
  3. The Trigger setup is supported in the drop down menu.
  4. Have you done an ignition test to confirm wiring is not the culprit?
  5. Can’t remember the pull up value off the top, like I said it’s there to serve this purpose. And yes your issue could be as simple as EMI so ground one side of the shielding to a drain/ground… sensor ground will suffice. I build harnesses regularly this is a common practice in my workshop.
  6. use the internal pull up. And are you grounding the shielding to the ecu at one end only? I use these sensor regularly.
  7. Trigger offset would be the first thing to check, get yourself a timing light and partner to help you out.
  8. one thing that looked odd was the trigger2 stays constant 3+ volts i would expect it to start at 0 and jump up and it never does.
  9. Trigger offset has been ruled out?
  10. Have you looked into HTG, It's a GCU i'm not sure if it supports 4l60/80e transmissions but would be worth the look.
  11. There was a post on here recently of someone stating they've got one working.
  12. traditionally pin D3 would be factory knock sensor for most p30 and p72 obd1 ecu's.
  13. yes for the direct spark using your distributor for triggers. and per the manual it says 2x knock inputs, I don't see the wiring pinout included if that's what your question is.
  14. As for inputs and outputs they look to match your harness documentation, Your crank trigger being a 36-2 you should have it as Multi/missing selected. I would clean up the fuel and ignition maps you should have smooth gradual increase and not peaks in either of them, I see the is a supra basemap provided in the plugin unit.
  15. Are you referring to the letter at the end of the part number?
  16. Confirm wiring first and foremost to eliminate that issue would be my first approach.
  17. Curious as to the results of this, from the Documentation it would seem feasible.
  18. To confirm your wiring do a simple ignition test per cylinder, and then grab your timing light and change your offset until you see the TDC mark on the pulley line up with timing belt cover pointer. Start at 0 if you have to and work your way up or down from there until you see it line up.
