I seen this on a few cars , using Syvecs and Motec , does have a tighter boost control in closed loop but a big boost levels.
-
Send me CAL file I can configure it for you.
-
Just configure lean trip in Engine protection , motor cal file needs to be spot on regards Target AFR and measure AFR for this to work correctly.

Guys, swapped a Nissan Almera SR2O (dizzy with built in coil and plugs leads to plugs) onto a Link G4+ standalone; thinking the car will also require a single channel ignition amplifier , can anyone confirm this please? Thanks

So the capacitor "quietens" the 12V signal down @Richard Hill W ehave seen CanLambda stop working when more electrical items are turned on , pulling the 12volt supply from the battery sorts these issue normally but cant be a long term fix

Monsoon doesnt run knock control thou?

There are some wires that are require to be swapped over in the ECU header for the 300ZX ECU to run in a GTST have you dont this?
-
Just use 2 x Link can lambda's set up send everything down Can 2.
-
Looking through your CAL I dont see any inputs for a Lambda sensor input or a CAN Lambda set up? So do you have a Lambda sensor/gauge fitted but not fed back into the ECU?
-
Jon these is no such thing as a plug and play map as every car is different especially with engine transplants. i am sure Adams stat map will get you up and running will need a little tweak. If you want I can remote in and sort everything out if needed easily

It will say wheel speed but it will be picked up from the speedo output. All the Skylines take the speedo input from the gearbox but list as wheel speed
-
Best way forward is to pick a wheel speed signal. Are you using a PnP ECU?
-
presume you guys are talking about the Speed (MPH/KMH) reading not RPM? The Power FC logs so slow you never see the in consistence figures like you see from a Datlog on a Link ECU, The speed signal comes from the speedo as the speedo drive is via a cable to the speedo then as a electrical signal from the speedo to the ECU Just turn the rev counter sweep off. AUX Outputs>Tacho>Key ON Sweep ON to OFF K

we looked at this , there is a couple of GT86's running a Link with a motor change but they dont allow everything to work as a stock car. We had to go for a competitors ECU other than Motec for our motor conversion. The Link ECU doesnt have enough outputs (digital) to make everything work as a stock car but the AGT device looks like the way forward TBH.

send me an email to [email protected] I can help you out with this Issue , presume you havent had the ECU fitted for very long? Thanks

My 2 pence worth , 0.65 on Meths is super rich but the difference between 0.8 and 0.65 lambda is safety the power difference will be very small from what I have found. We we was running a methanol drag car we was running NTK sensors but was only using the lambda's as a reference we looked upon the EGT's to get an better idea on how the car was running. Running CLL on full throttle on the Link is something that I would like to do but we dont have the ability to change the closed loop control from low load to high load like Syvecs. I.e have a much smaller adjustment parameter when on high load parameters and it would be good to have the ability to change the CLL % to a different figure from +(add) to -(minus) again like Syvecs.

The Link ECU wont read the stock O2 sensors.
-
Adam, great thanks appreciated buddy

Hi, maybe a dumb questions, has anyone configured a Link G4+ Fury ECU to read a AEM RTD EGT sensor. Under engine temps there is EGT RTD listed just cant get it to work , maybe over thinking but it is getting late now. data sheet attached
-
up date the firmware after loading the old Map into the New G4+ ECU as well
-
okay the Link PnP will work fine without any extra work.
