  1. ECU model should be set to CAN_BUS_BASE_LCC in the aim configuration. The "G4" option shown at the bottom is for RS232 connection, not CAN. Setup info from the help file below.
  2. Are you saying it has a cable throttle rather than E-throttle? Please attach you map so I can take a look at the fuel settings - it is unlikely using MAF already.
  3. The 2nd two are titled something like "wires swapped", so it likely has battery voltage going direct into the trigger input. Pull-up is 5V through a diode, so about 4.2V usually.
  4. If you have 22awg or 0.35mm2 wire then the -5 terminal will be good. The Link looms only use 0.5 & 0.85mm2 wire however so the quoted -3 & -4 are the correct pins for the Link loom.
  5. Still not a usable cam signal. It only varies between about 0.1 & 0.65V. It should go to around 4V.
  6. The pressure sensor needs 3 wires from the ECU - 5V, sensor ground & an analog input. The temp sesnor needs 2 wires - sensor ground and an analog temp input. I wouldnt recomend either of them - the temp sensor doesnt even have a calibration, and the pressure sensor calibration they quote looks wrong compared to typical 3 pin pressure sensors.
  7. It looks like the 502-9 has a similar 4 wire stepper to the LS throttle, so it would still need the Storm to control that. If you found an option that used a 2 wire solenoid idle valve that just makes the wiring more simple and you could possibly go to one of our smaller/cheaper ecu's such as the Monsoon. Injection would be group fire with the smaller ecu's though.

    Thundef

It is not even close enough to guess at a release date yet. At least a year away is my best guess.
  9. Ah sorry, I missed a setting there. Can you change integral gain to 0.05 and do the test again.

    G4+ Evo Plugin 4-8

In the 3 pin plug, the small wire in the center pin goes direct to an ecu aux. On our evo plug-in ECU's it goes to aux 1. The large positive wire in the same plug needs to come from an ign switched relay.
  11. Both trig 1 & 2 should be set to optical/hall with pull-up's on. The cam sensor is not showing a usable signal in any of those scopes so I assume you didnt have the pull-up on? Or maybe it is wired wrong. Leave it set to MX5 vvt trigger mode for now.
  12. Change the divider to 1 in stream 1. G4+ has a hardcoded lambda divider built in.

    Unlocking woes.

Im pretty sure I already answered this via Tech support or a facebook message or something at the end of last week? The message suggests the dealer account has had permissions revoked for some reason so he will have to get in touch with the sales team to discuss.
  14. Yes, that would be a good option.
  15. Not really clear what you are asking here. The HEI distributor will work fine, just it is not capable of sequential injection. An MSD crank trigger on its own would not be capable of sequential either - you would need some sort of cam sync sensor too. The Holley dual sync would give you both signals needed for sequential and direct spark capability and you could still use it for single coil/distributor ignition if you like. There maybe other factory distributor options capable of sequential but it is not an engine family I have much experience with.
  16. Can you try this map, I have changed many of your settings to more typical values. Can you log some idle time with AC on/off and some throttle blips etc, I will make some further adjustments once I see the log. 1617581754051_LA400Kkurosiba16ttt idle test.pclx
  17. The Storm, Xtreme or Fury would be suitable. The Xtreme has E-throttle, traction control, cruise control and a few other more advanced functions over the Storm. The Fury has all Xtreme features plus an onboard lambda controller. Comparison here: https://linkecu.com/products/ecu-comparison-chart/ You will need an ignitor to drive the stock coils or change to some other coils with ignitors built in.
  18. Ok, if using a LS throttle body, they have a 4 pin stepper motor valve for idle control. The minimum ecu we have that can control a stepper motor is the StormX. The HEI system does not have any unique sync event so the injection will be group fire with this system. However, the Storm does have 8 injector drives and 8 ignition drives to allow sequential and direct spark if you changed to a different trigger in the future.

    Can lambda input

Your JST plug is the same as the one I showed in the photo. Only the white and green wires are relevant. Leave your extension cable plugged in to the NZEFI cable and test from DTM plug at the lambda end of it to the JST plug at the ecu end.
  20. You dont need to on G4+, as long as there is no analog input assigned to Lambda 1, then CAN will work.
  21. Connect any aux output to the tacho. For the speed sensor, assuming it is a 2 pin sensor, connect one pin to sensor ground, other pin to DI1-8.

    Is my Ecu failing

Sounds like everything is working then. Possibly just a dead LED. You can return it for inspection if it worries you, but it sounds like the aux is working correctly.
  23. What would these manifold/throttle designs have for an idle valve - 2 wire solenoid or 4/6 wire stepper motor? 1 injector per intake port? What trigger system is inside the distributor - something capable of sequential or just 8 teeth all the same with no unique #1 identifier?
  24. Has it ran previously? Your MAP, TP and IAT sensor all appear to be reading very wrong? Provided you have already checked base timing then I would try adding 360deg to your trigger offset - you may be sparking at TDC on the exhaust stroke.
