  2. Check you are using the latest 6.19 software and 6.19 firmware in the ECU and in PC link the connection port is set to USB. This typically helps with problem connections.

  4. Actually I reckon the rising edge on trig 2 is far enough away that it should work - a bit borderline but at least I would expect it should run. Trigger setup should look like below. Do you have RPM? Spark? Whats it got for an ignition system?
  5. The CAN message format that controls the outputs. I have some information in an old document that someone else done at Link many years ago but we found when Vaughan was doing the work some of it was wrong. It is not publicly available info, we will probably need to sniff a Motec dash or ecu to find it.

  7. Tim, why didnt it work? That example that I gave will do excatly what you ask - at for instance 60IAT, it will jump straight from 0 to 25% with nothing in between. Where is it being driven stalled? If you want it to be ramped in slower at 50deg IAT where it jumps straight to 50%, then just put a smaller number in the 50% cell. I was just copying the values you wanted...
  8. It is not a frequency problem - just PID. But yes, generally higher frequency will give less noise (but generates more heat in motor and controller).
  9. Yes, triggerscope looks ok and your trigger settings look ok. The E-throttle error is due to the PID not well tuned so you have some oscillation after large movements. Probably need to lower proportional and increase derivative.

    Have you tried increasing the master fuel? It is currently set at 8ms, I would expect it to be more like 15-20ms for such small injectors.
  12. Yes it works, I put a cheap chinese Android head units in one of our test cars and realdash works fine with the seeed studio USB to CAN adapter. The FM tuner is weak - but real dash works fine. This one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000575965459.html

  16. Yes, it is disabled when the engine is not running. It will start heating about 20 sec after start up.
  17. There is a preconfigured CAN mode for it in the software/firmware. Set up info is in the help file under Device Specific CAN Information. The preconfigured mode presently only uses the E888 inputs (not outputs) - so, 8 x EGT's, 6 x CAN Analog inputs, 4 x Frequency inputs. We didnt have CAN PWM outputs in the firmware back when that stream was set up so they were omitted. A quick look at the documentation it looks like you could make the outputs work with a custom stream no worries.

  20. Ok, so this is basically the same as the stock WRX V7-9 trigger setup. You are right, our G4X base maps for the V7-9 have trig 2 set to hall which is incorrect, Ill get those fixed. Use V7-10JDM trigger mode. That front cam sensor should be connected to trig 2, set to reluctor.

    You havent given any information about the problem or attached the tune or log as requested so it is fairly difficult for anyone to help you without this. If you want somebody to fix it for you then have a search of the Link dealer list for someone near you.
  22. This will be a starting point. Im unsure if the trigger mode is correct as I have never seen one with no AVCS so check RPM on the screen when you first get to crank it and if it doesnt look right then do a triggerscope so we can see what it has. You will need to set up a few of the output that you have moved such as the fans and tacho. The inj 5& 6 and ign 5 & 6 arent assigned yet in this map but that will happen automatically when you load the map into an ECU. Subaru EZ30 V7 G4+ Xtreme Plugin.pclr
  23. All your cold start settings look reasonable, it is hard to say if they are optimised or not, but there is definitely nothing wild there that would prevent it from starting. It seems like your problem may lay elsewhere. If you want to attach a log of a start attempt Im happy to take a quick look to check all the basics are working.
  24. I suggest changing your idle ignition table to match this one below. And also it looks like you need some more "hold step" in the idle settings to reduce the undershoot. You will have to experiment to find what value you need but it seems 1% is nowhere near enough, it may need to be as high as 10%, so try starting around 5% and see how it goes.
